RETURNS POLICY

  • Returns must be within one year of date of initial invoice
  • All returns must be authorized. Please write, fax (646.638.3802), or call (800.894.8955) the returns department for authorization. No credit will be issued for unauthorized items
  • A copy of original invoice must accompany return request
  • Full credit is allowed for authorized returns
  • Authorized returns are accepted for credit only
  • Reports of damaged items or short shipments must be received within one month of receipt of order for credit to be allowed
  • All returned books must be undamaged, clean and unmarked and in resalable condition
