QUANTITATIVE METHODS IN COMMUNICATION The books in this content area will present innovations in quantitative methods developed by scholars from the field of communication science and those adopted from related disciplines, as well as applications of quantitative methods of problems of substantive interest to communication science. Possible topics include network analysis, computer-based content analysis, neural networks, mathematical modeling of communication processes, longitudinal analysis, Q-analysis, and applications that rely on computer technology.
